Create your personal FYT account in the app and confirm your email address.
Tap “Create club” in your profile and introduce your club: name, description and sports, plus logo, website and Instagram if you like. In the proof field, show us that you speak for the club. Only the FYT team sees it.
We look at every application personally. While your club is under review, it isn't publicly visible yet. You can keep editing your details in the meantime.
Once your club is approved, you get a push notification and an email. From then on you post on behalf of your club.

One-off run or every Tuesday: you create your activities right in the app, up to 30 dates at once if you like. Every activity shows up with club name, logo and club badge.
Already have your own booking platform? Then add your courses to FYT as well. One tap on “Go to course” takes people straight to your sign-up page.

A course entry runs for six months at most; for longer courses, you create a new one each semester.
Nothing. A sports club on FYT is free, including admins and course linking. FYT Premium is separate: Premium is a subscription for your personal account, not a club plan.
We review every application by hand, so we can't promise a fixed time. As soon as your club is approved, you get a push notification and an email.

Both can create activities and courses in the club's name and edit club details and logo. Only the owner can change the club name, invite and remove admins, hand over the role and delete the club.
As owner, you invite up to 10 admins from your friends list. The person gets an invitation and accepts it themselves. Anyone who already runs a club can't be invited.
No. Each person can run one club, either as owner or admin.
As owner, you delete the club right in the app. All of the club's activities and courses must be over or cancelled first. Deleting can't be undone.
Club name, logo, description, sports, links and everything you post on behalf of the club. Only the FYT team sees the proof from your application.
